Billed hourly against a 20-hour monthly minimum, with a tracked log and a weekly summary of where the time went. No benefits, payroll tax, equipment or idle hours.
Portfolio Takeover
We take over the whole operation and run it: vetting, leasing, maintenance, pricing and reporting. One invoice, one point of contact, none of the day-to-day.
Automation and systems builds

VA placement
We find, test and introduce a VA matched to your work and your software. You meet them before you decide, then hire and pay them directly. The fee is paid once and is usually equal to one month of the VA's rate, typically $788 to $1,488 depending on the role. No monthly markup. Managed VA
Prefer we manage them for you? A managed full-time VA works under Kaye Collective, with training, quality checks, backup cover and a weekly report. You get one monthly invoice and we handle the VA's pay. The rate depends on the role: admin and support from $11.88 an hour, real estate and guest communication from $12.98, and billing and bookkeeping up to $15.98. See the full page.
