A tested VA, matched to your software.
We find remote assistants for U.S. businesses and test them on your real tasks before you meet them. Hire them directly with a one-time fee and no agency markup, or let us manage them for you.
What every placement includes
Hire them yourself,
or let us manage them.
Both start the same way: a VA found and tested for your work. The difference is who employs them after.
VA placement
We find, test and introduce a VA matched to your work and your software. You meet them before you decide. Then you hire them and pay them directly, with no monthly markup from us.
- Skills test on your real tasks and software

Tell us the role
A short call about the work, the hours and the software your team uses every day.
Source and test
We find candidates and run a skills test built on your real tasks and tools.
Interview and score
Structured interviews with the same questions for everyone, scored on a written scorecard.
You meet them
You meet the top candidate and see their test and scores. You decide.
Onboard
We help set up logins, guides and the first weeks of work, with 30 days of support.
VAs who already
know the work.
We place in the fields we know from our own seven years of operations work.
Dental and medical billing
Claims, payment posting, follow-up on unpaid claims and insurance verification before appointments.
Real estate and property management
Tenant messages, maintenance requests, leasing paperwork, listings and owner updates.
Short-term rental guest communication
Guest messages, check-in details, reviews, cleaner scheduling and issues during a stay.
Executive and admin assistants
Inbox and calendar, travel, documents, follow-ups and keeping the week organised.
Customer support
Email and chat replies, order questions, help desk tickets and simple refunds by your rules.
Bookkeeping assistants
Receipts, categorising transactions, invoices, bills and month-end checklists for your bookkeeper.
Lower fees,
and the VA is yours.
Many agencies charge a month's salary or more, or add a markup to every hour, every month. We keep the fee low and you pay the VA directly.
Agency terms differ. Ask any provider how their fee works and whether a markup is added to the hourly rate.
We test on your
software, not a quiz.
A VA who passes a general test can still freeze on day one in your system. So we test inside the kind of work they will actually do.
A test built on real tasks
For a dental billing role, the test runs in the practice software the office uses, such as CareStack: post a payment, find an unpaid claim, write the follow-up note. For a property role it is a tenant message, a maintenance request and an owner update.
The same scorecard for everyone
Every answer is scored against the same written checklist, so the best candidate wins, not the best talker.
Structured interviews
Every candidate gets the same questions about the work, the hours and how they handle a mistake. Interviews are transcribed so the scoring can be checked.
Fair rules on tools
AI tools are fine for the job itself. The test is done without them, so you see what the person can do.
This shows the shape of the scorecard you receive. The real one is filled in for each candidate you meet.
The work behind every placement.
Placements are run on the same standards Kaye built over seven years of client work. Real reviews from Upwork, every rated job 5.0.
"Kaye is extremely honest with the hours she logs. In fact, there were many occasions where she contributed more time and effort than she recorded."
"She managed scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation with great attention to detail. Overall, she exceeded expectations."
"Consistently thorough, detail-oriented, and proactive, often taking initiative and offering ideas before I even asked."
Before you ask.
How fast can I have a VA?
It depends on the role and how specific the software is. We give you a timeline on the first call, after we know what the job needs. We would rather take a few extra days than send you someone who fails in week one.
What if it doesn't work out?
If the VA leaves or isn't the right fit within the first 30 days, we find a replacement for free. After 30 days, a replacement costs half the placement fee. With a managed VA, we handle the change for you.
Who pays the VA?
With placement, you hire the VA and pay them directly, through the payroll or payment tool you choose. Our fee is paid once. With a managed VA, you pay one monthly invoice to Kaye Collective and we pay the VA.
How do you handle my data and logins?
Each VA gets their own named logins, never a shared password. Logins are shared through a password manager, so you can remove access in one step. VAs sign a privacy agreement before they start.
What hours do they work?
Our VAs work U.S. hours. We match the shift to your time zone, whether you are on the East Coast or the West Coast.
Can I hire part-time?
Yes. Tell us how many hours a week you need on the first call and we will tell you which option fits.
Find your next VA.
Tell us the role and the software. On a free 20-minute call we will tell you what the test looks like, what it costs and which option fits.
